    Baler Maintenance
    Correctly use the equipment, strictly carry out the maintaining system and obey to the safety operation rule so as to prolong the using life of machine, improve the production efficiency and guarantee the production. Therefore, we suggest user to establish the maintaining system and safety operational rule, let the operators familiar with machine structure and operational procedure. Otherwise, pay attention to following key points: 1. Only after the oil has been filtered strictly, it can be added into oil tank. Always keep enough oil volume in tank. If oil is not enough, add at once. For each one half and a hour, add the lubrication oil. For each work shit(8 hours). At least add 5~6 times lubrication oil in all lubrication position. 2. Change with one time of new oil into tank and clean up the tank for each half year, but the first time to change oil and clean up tank can`t be later than one month. 3. Lubricate all points in machine according to requirement. 4. After every day shift, clean up the sundries in material tank, keep the outer cleanness of the machine.

    Briquette Machine Maintenance
    1. Before work of each shaft, the machine should be checked fully. If oil leakage is found, please replace seal component in time. 2. Before start, check whether the oil level in oil tank is lower, and open the circulation cooling water. 3. During start, check if the rotation direction of oil pump is correct. 4. Replace the hydraulic oil regularly, new machine should be replaced per three months, then replace it per half year and fully clean the oil tank. 5. Note: when the new machine has been used for 3 months, the hydraulic oil can be used again after filtering through strainer of above 100meshes. 6.
